Arriving from Chihuahua, Mexico, at the age of 14 on a six-month tourist visa, his family decided to stay. Despite the constant anxiety of living without a Social Security Number or a driver&#8217;s license, he always acted with integrity. He secured an ITIN early on, worked hard, and meticulously filed his taxes every single year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Alejandra Campos and Miguel \u00c1ngel discussed how crucial it is for immigrants to pay their taxes correctly. Doing so not only opens the doors to the U.S. credit system and business loans but also proves &#8220;good moral character&#8221; when it is finally time to apply for <a href=\"https:\/\/camposlawfirm.com\/es\/areas-de-practica\/inmigracion\/\">legal immigration status<\/a>. He entered the banking sector, eventually rising to Vice President of Commercial Lending at Solera National Bank. But his entrepreneurial spirit didn&#8217;t stop there.
